ExportNZ BOP Executive Committee Update

ExportNZ BOP has confirmed a new Chair and Deputy Chair for the BOP Executive Committee.


Greg Jarvis

CEO of Bluelab has moved into the Chair position.

Bluelab designs, manufactures and markets a range of horticultural metering and control equipment for measuring and controlling parameters such as pH, conductivity and temperature.
Greg has been the CEO and a shareholder of Bluelab (and its predecessors) since 2000, in which time he has developed significant experience in all aspects of international business development.


Mike Lambert

Manager Customer & Business Development at the Port of Tauranga is the Deputy Chair.

The Port of Tauranga is New Zealand’s largest port with strong sea, road and rail connections and is involved in many other ventures outside of the core Tauranga site such as MetroPort Auckland and Christchurch, Northport, PrimePort Timaru, and Ruakura Inland Port.
Mike is a qualified professional with skills and experience developed across various operational, commercial and service roles in the transport and logistics sector both in NZ and the UK. Mike’s current role with Port of Tauranga has a prime focus on working directly with customers, building on existing relationships and developing new opportunities.

Gulf States trade deal unlocks new region

ExportNZ welcomes a new Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between New Zealand and the Gulf Cooperation Council, which provides new avenues for exporters.

Executive Director Josh Tan says the agreement with the Gulf States will streamline processes to get New Zealand products on shelves in the Gulf sooner.

NZ-UAE Trade Agreement Welcomed by Export Sector

“The deal between the UAE and NZ looks to be a comprehensive agreement between our two countries, and the immediate tariff reductions will be warmly welcomed by NZ businesses exporting goods and services into the Gulf State,” ExportNZ Executive Director, Josh Tan said.
