Southeast Asia – Customised Market Readiness – Technology
Are you a NZ manufacturing firm looking to engage, or already engaged, with the Southeast Asia region?
In partnership with ExportNZ, the Southeast Asia Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence (SEA CAPE) has designed a Market Readiness Program around Southeast Asia tech markets for New Zealand businesses.
One of the key challenges of competing in Southeast Asia is innovating and adapting without changing the identity of your key products and core services. During the workshop, you’ll have a go at applying business model frameworks to your own business.
Subjects that will be discussed include:
- innovation ecosystems in Southeast Asia and the importance of understanding the local competition
- adapting your business model to suit the SEA market
- managing your IP in foreign markets
- the strategies of NZ firms who have been successful in SEA.
