Transfer Pricing refers to the pricing of goods, services, assets and/or funds when they are transferred between associated parties (ie companies in the same group).

Transfer pricing is arguably the most important international issue multi-national enterprises face.   Tax authorities around the world are implementing and updating their rules and regulations on international transactions as well as increasing their audit activity.
