Master Class – Transfer Pricing

Transfer Pricing refers to the pricing of goods, services, assets and/or funds when they are transferred between associated parties (ie companies in the same group).

Transfer pricing is arguably the most important international issue multi-national enterprises face.   Tax authorities around the world are implementing and updating their rules and regulations on international transactions as well as increasing their audit activity.

Our workshop on “Introduction to Transfer Pricing” is designed to help participants understand the ‘arm’s length’ principle for transfer pricing, the various transfer pricing methods and the impact of transfer pricing on your business.

Key topics covered:

· Definition of the Arm’s Length Standard

· Introduction to OECD Guidelines on Transfer Pricing

· An overview of various transfer pricing methods and their application – with  case studies

· Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation

· Defending Transfer Pricing audits
