EMA Waikato EOY Export Event: The Export Landscape in 2025

The EMA and ExportNZ, in association with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, invite you to join us in Waikato for an update on the state of international trade.

Get first-hand insights into what the export landscape will look like for the coming year.

Hosted by Hunter Filling Systems in Te Rapa, Hamilton, we will update Waikato exporters on the ramifications of the US election as well as pressure points in international trade, from the Middle East to Ukraine and China.

EMA Head of Advocacy, Strategy and Finance Alan McDonald will be joined by an international trade expert from MFaT and Hunter Filling Systems Managing Director Niall Fuller to give you the full picture, from international policy, tariffs and trade agreements to permits, clearances and certificates.

Following the presentation, we invite you to take a factory tour of Hunter Filling Systems, which specialises in the design and production of liquid filling systems and associated packaging equipment for the local market as well as exporting to Australia, the US and South East Asia. This will be followed by a networking opportunity for Waikato exporters.
