S-Series: Supply Chain Pain for Exporters & Manufacturers
S-Series: Supply Chain Pain for Exporters & Manufacturers
The initial worldwide supply chain disruption of 2020 continued to make waves in 2021, driving home just how precarious the normal status quo has been for nearly every manufacturing business. Thus, it is unsurprising that in 2022, the supply chain will continue to hold a prominent position as an area for continuous monitoring, management, and improvement, with manufacturing businesses seeking creative ways to add flexibility and reliability while also retaining value.
How are your customers’ businesses evolving, and how can you anticipate their future needs? What supply chain logistics challenges lay ahead for your clients, and what do they expect you to provide for them, now and in the future.
What will the coming year hold for transportation and logistics, and how can you position for growth and success in 2022?
We will take a close look at the most troublesome issues in the supply chain and how businesses can avoid or plan for these risks. Our presenters will share their experience:
- Managing a global supplier network,
- the ultimate balancing act: Supplier rationalization and optimization,
- technology & innovation in supply chain,
- advancing global supply chain sustainability and digitization,
- warehouse management, physical distribution & transportation.
- Presenters: Each webinar will have 3 presenters speaking for 15 mins each plus Q&A.
