Recent Developments in the Vietnam Economy: Implications for Business and Trade
SEA CAPE has partnered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade to host leaders from ASEAN universities, research institutes and businesses to undertake a series of briefings and public seminars as part of the ASEAN@50 Fellowship Programme. The purpose of the programme is to build mutual knowledge and understanding between New Zealand and ASEAN and strengthen New Zealand’s relations with the region.
We are pleased to host Dr Nguyen Duc Thanh for a public event in University of Waikato, Hamilton.
Dr Nguyen Duc Thanh (Vietnam) is an economist and Founding President of the Vietnam Institute for Economic and Policy Research in Hanoi. His research interests include macroeconomics, economic growth and structural change and the economic affairs of ASEAN and its regional partners such as China, India, Australia and New Zealand.
